update 1909 and 2004

Hello --- my laptop of 3 years old is still running win10 / 1909 --- I just read that MS as "released" 2004 for all now, but some of my other computers are already running 20H2 --- so when the hold on 2004 is lifted, will I see an option to update to 2004 or 20H2?
