Two days ago I found myself with no option but to open and allow windows 10 to install. this is a business computer. we use for our point of sale and inventory control programs. I was unable to access anything until the windows 10 was installed. I am not happy about that. We have two other computers still operating on windows 7 and I want to keep it that way. If I could get rid of windows 10, I would. I have no idea why, but my documents file (for word, excel, etc) yesterday had a dozen files, most with 5 to 8 documents in each. Now I have 5 documents from 2015 in the file. period. that's all. and no logic as to what was kept or deleted. Same is true for the pictures file. where did it all go? A separate issue involves the printer. Our attempts to print tags for our merchandise are blocked with a message of needing to "identify" something...the printer, or the document? it is not clear, and I have no idea how to do whatever I need to do. Clearly I am not "tech y". I need to be on the retail floor, not in the back room fighting with the computer! I am not even sure what my question should be. please help.
