Unwanted language

I had the same problem on my previous laptop and have again on my new one. Unwanted language keep appearing. Before appeared another one - English (United Kingdom) with "German" below, but I did something, and it's disappeared but came new one. Please just help me and don't suggest doing something in Settings in Time & Language, or I'm switching to Linux.
