Unusual sign-in activity for an account I did not make using the same email as my account

Today I received an email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** about "Unusual sign-in activity" and promptly logged into my account to check, but could not find any sign of my account having been accessed, as the information on the sign-in within the email (including the time given) were not present in the Recent Sign-in Activity section of my account. I then checked the email again and saw that the name of the account (which is always censored) is not the right length and contains letters that are not in my account name or associated email.After combing through my ema
