Unsupported_Processor Error When Attempting to Enter Safe Mode or use a Boot USB

My Windows 11 installation is currently unable to properly load to desktop and I've been attempting to enter safe mode or run a Boot USB to reinstall the software but I'm instead receiving an UNSUPPORTED_PROCESSOR error with a QR code each time I attempt to boot into safemode or run a Boot USB.My computer is a an MSI Gaming Desktop Aegis RS 13NUF-4MSI, with an Intel Core i7 13th Gen 13700KF (3.40 GHz) running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit.I would appreciate any assistance with getting the computer to either boot into safe mode or reformatting and reinstalling windows.
