Unstable hibernate on window XP

After XP with SP3 wakes up from hibernation mode, when I am searching on

internet, the screensaver comes up while XP does not idle within 10 minutes.

Does anyone have any suggestions whether XP is unstable under waking up on

hibernation mode or not?
