Unroll from Windows Insider Beta channel

Few days ago I tried to unroll from Windows 11 Beta - 22635.4082, I restarted PC and windows update starts downloading stable build 23H2 and one other update with antivirus but sadly both getting 0x80246019 error. I tried turning off windows defender, I restarted PC few times and it didin't help. Is it even possible to downgrade windows build from 22635.4082 (or current 22635.4145) to current stable build 22631.4112.
