Unrecognized devices in Device Manager

Hello, This problem appeared a few months ago, but I have been unable to resolve it. I see an "Other Device" consisting of 2 "Unrecognized Devices" shown in my Device Manager. I have tried to update the drivers but no drives is found. When I right-click and check the Properties, I can get no additional details. I went to Acer and obtained all the drivers that were originally installed but I need to determine the device details so I will know which Driver is needed.How else can I learn the Type of Device I need a Driver for?Thanks
