Unreasonably slow File Open/Save Dialogs and high resource usage on any application when browsing Network Shares

Hello!This issue is on a Win11 Pro 22H2 Build 22581.200 machine but persists on other machines in our network.First of all: Windows Explorer is able to populate network directories instantly. This is not a configuration issue with the network settings on the machine.But: In any other application (Chrome, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, VSCode, Notepad...etc) when using the Open/Save dialog, the directories load painfully slow.
