Unmountable boot volume BSOD after booting Windows 10 on a drive turned RAW

Recently I've ran into an issue where when I booted my pc with only the C: drive plugged in (the install drive) i get a unmountable_boot_volume BSOD. I tried youtubing it and following some guides that told me to CHKDSK in the command prompt, which I did. I know I know It has some problems doing that, but even after I did the command it said it couldn't be completed since the drive was in RAW and chkdsk doesn't check raw. I figure a few of the issues come from a) a loose cable, b) my drives has messed up partitions (or whatever I'm still learning), or c) I need a new install of windows. I don'
