Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) caused by Docking station

When I use a docking station my USB port sometimes stops working and in device manager I see the error "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" I've tried numerous solutions mentioned online but they seem to be not working. The only options I have is:Not working solutions:Check for BIOS UpdatesEnable Always on USB from BIOSDisable USB Selective SuspendTry a Different USB Port or CableCheck for Hardware Damage:Update the USB driver in device managerRemove the device from device managerWorking solutions, however very intrusive:Go back to the office, plugin the docking station and plug it out.Ope
