Hello,
Does anyone know how to fix this problem with a USB device, I have tried every method I can find online. I have update the USB drivers in device manager, uninstalled the USB Hub, updated my BIOS, and still it acts and sounds like I am connecting and disconnecting a USB device, it just keeps doing this like it is stuck. This all started when I updated my computer via windows update. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. I have even re-formatted and cleaned my hard drive and re-installed Windows 10 64 bit, I have cleared my CMOS and taken out the battery to no avail. I have tried what this guy said on this YouTube channel;

said to try. The only devices I have installed are a mouse and keyboard., card reader and extra USB 3.0 ports. I have disconnected these devices and it still does this when these devices are disconnected. The motherboard is a Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3.
Best regards,
