Unknown administrator, possibly a virus residue.

Hello, I need help setting up administrator access! After malware removal and cleanup, a previously unknown entity has appeared in the admin list and is preventing me from checking the security log folders. I want to remove it and gain access (I am denied access to the folder), but I can't figure out how to do it. Please help me!
