unknow app/unnamed app is preventing shut down of my PC

[Windows 10]

I keep a good eye on my task manager and the apps/programs that are running on my pc but every time I'm about to turn off my pc there is always an unnamed app that is preventing shutdown. I've ad this for a long time and i cant seem to find what "app" it is.I don't feel like its a biiiig problem because my anti virus and malware searches cant find it but its starting to get annoying.
