Hello All,
I’ve been facing an issue in Windows 10 for quite a few months now. I never noticed the issue before but now it’s more frequent depending on the application I open.
When opening certain applications the system appears to be “bogged down” as if it “hangs” or has some sort of slow down in performance. I’ve uploaded a video to demonstrate the issue. If you pay close attention you’ll see in the beginning the system works just fine then when I open an application it acts extremely bogged down. Once I close or minimize the application then performance resumes like normal. When you look at the video kee close attention on mouse movement. Please any help is appreciated.
Whenever I’m playing video games I don’t see any issues with performance but during normal use it varies.
I’ve tried a clean OS install, disabled power savings settings from BIOS and OS itself. Tested default bios settings, used the most current drivers. I’ve ran hardware test on all components along with stress test. All components pass all tests without any issues at all.
I have a mid-high end computer. I’ve read that certain JAVA Based applications can cause the compute to hang/freeze up. I’m just trying to determine if one of my components are defective although multiple hardware tests have said otherwise.
