Uninstalled RAV Endpoint Protection and still shows in Windows Security Providers

Hello, an antivirus called RAV Endpoint Protection by Reason Cybersecurity has been installed on my Windows 11 Laptop without my permissions. I think it's installed when installing some third-party software's on my laptop However i didn't downloaded this Antivirus software to laptop. Then I uninstalled it and restarted after I go to the built-in Windows security under the section Security Providers it's still showing there as Reason Cybersecurity even, I uninstalled it. Can someone HELP me with this issue. Thankyou :")
