Uninstall Windows 11 quality update

Hello,I need to uninstall a Windows 11 quality update (for me in this case, its KB5039212) which was updated on June 24th. However, on same date, I believe that windows update is causing issues with one of my add-on aircrafts in Prepar3d v5.4 simulator which by selecting the aircraft, its causes P3D to CTD (error is facilities.dll based on info from event viewer). I've tried various methods in my attempt to uninstall the update to no avail.
