Uninstall Windows 11 in order to move to SSD

I have a 2015 MacBook Air. I installed Parallel & purchased Windows 11. I ran out of space & could not completely install Windows. I purchased a Samsung Portable SSD T7. Now I want to uninstall Windows. Format the SSD, then move Parallels onto the SSD & reinstall Windows there as well. How do I uninstall Windows and then reinstall after formatting SSD?
