This worked for me!The Your Phone app is preinstalled in Windows and can't be deleted.But see if the following works
ress Windows+R and type powershell. Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. Click Yes.In the blue window, type or paste: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackagePress enter.This will uninstall the app.When done, close the powershell window and see if the app is gone or not.If not, restart the PC.
