Uninstall a program / Remove it from programs & features.

Hello,Today I was cleaning my computer and found a program listed in Control Panel -> "Program and Features".The program is named "Protection" and has no icon, installed on November 23rd 2024 . The publisher is "Abhishek". When trying to uninstall it from Program & Features it opens a dialog box asking me for the .msi file. A file that I don't have. So, how can I remove this entry ? I guess I should not be worried too much, because I've a couple of MS Visual C++ with same icon (but published by Microsoft).
