Unexpected computer error

Hi there! I was trying to fix a problem with my probook (it didn’t recognise it had the capability of connecting to wifi and other wireless networks, didn’t play any sounds it had a red warning sign on both the wifi and audio) thought a windows update might work so tried to update from windows 10 to 11 and now it says “the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click OK to restart the computer them restart the installation” however whenever I press OK the notification disappears for a second and then pops back
