I turned on my pc and it started doing a windows update - power went out and it obviously turned off the computer. When turned on now it says undoing changes made to your computer - constantly loops. I couldn't get into safe mode manuall so used media tool on a bootable USB, tried every one of the trouble shooting options but no luck - I have no option to reset for some reason, I seen it might be because my recovery file is corrupted but I'm not sure.I have no idea what to do now - any help is greatly appreciated.
