Undo all OneDrive backup

I accidentally clicked on start backup on onedrive, but since I did not like it, I unlinked my PC from onedrive and signed out of onedrive.Now my files are all over the place, and my desktop is now defaulted to the desktop in onedrive.How do I undo everything and make it back to when I didnt have onedrive on? Not just about the files and folders, but like desktop and documents folder and such.
