Unauthorized guest access blocked when trying to share a files between two computers

[Windows 11]

I am trying to share files between two computers on the same private Verizon WIFI network. One is Windows 11 Home and the other Windows 11 Professional. When I try to access the computer through File Explorer, I enter my admin credentials and receive the following error "You can't access this shared folder because your organization's security policies block unauthorized guest access."
