We had an unauthorized charge on our business credit card - all it gives us is the date and the total. The managers whos card was used does not have a "microsoft account" to be able to look at any order history. She was out of town when the purchase was made. We have the date the purchase was made, the total amount charged, and the credit card number. We need someone from Microsoft to tell us what was purchased and where it was sent so if this was an employee that bought something for themselves we can terminate them.
