unallocated space on drive can not be used in any form

Hi I'm currently using windows 11 and I've installed latest version of ubuntu last week in dual boot. I wanted to delete Ubuntu today because I found out I can use virtual box which is much better for my use case. So I just followed the guides on youtube and it involved deleting where I installed Ubuntu in from disk management. I deleted the partition and it turned into unallocated space. I wanted to extend my Games (F:) and use that unallocated space and I get this error:There is not enough space available on disk(s) to Complete this operation.Then I tried to make a new simple volume and got
