Unable to Use Phone Link to send Text

Why am I all of a sudden unable to text from my laptop Phone Link to a group (my HOA Board of Directors 4 people) but can still text anyone else. I have an S20Ultra and Windows 11. This started after a recent upgrade from Windows.It lets my type out my text message and hit send, but I get a red circle with a red exclamation point in it, and it says, "We couldn't send your reply. Try replying from your mobile device for this one."This just suddenly started, up till now, I've been able to send texts to this group without issue from Phone Link. I am able to send texts using Phone Link to anyon
