Unable to use my Windows 10/11 Home License on new PC

Hey, I have tried pretty much everything, but I just can not get to activate windows on my new pc. I have deactivated windows 10 on my old pc. I have tried to activate using the digital license on the new pc with fresh windows 11 home install but failed, afterwards I have also tried to use a fresh windows 10 home install in the hope of being able to use the license key and then "free upgrade" to windows 11, but that failed too.More technical:On the old pc I have used, slmgr.vbs -upk to deactivate the digital license.On the new pc I have tried to enter the product key (which I have obtained via
