Unable to use copilot on Windows 10

Greetings,I've been trying to use Copilot app on windows with my personal account, which haven't been possible. I get an advice to change to my personal account (which im already using) instead professional account. I've tried to delete and re-install the app, deleting the data from my desktop, and even using another personal microsoft account but does not works. Is there any alternative way to make it works?Attaching image of the case.Thanks in advance.
