Unable to upgrade with a Ryzen 5 2400 processor

I have a 2 year old PC with a Ryzen 5 2400 processor. Using the PC health check shows everything is fine to upgrade to Windows 11 except the Ryzen 5. Will this PC ever be compatible please?
