Unable to upgrade to Windows 11, PChealthcheck says good and TPM 2.0 installed.

Unable to upgrade to Windows 11, PChealthcheck says good and TPM 2.0 installed. Once I go through the the installation after choosing what Windows version, The screen prompts incompatibility. Please assist.
