Unable to upgrade to 24H2 on hp elitebook 865

[Windows 11]

What went wrong if my newer hp elitebook 865 with AMD Zen4 CPU has Windows 11 22H2 and runs out of support and is unable to update to WIN11 24H2.My old Dell notebook, replaced by the HP Zen4, runs 24H2 without any problem.May be, its time to migrate to another operating system, if such problems, will be only the problem of the end user, without any helping update/upgrade log messages, what failed, to help solving the problem!
