Unable to update Windows 11, frequent BSODs, and compatibility problems?

Hello, I'll preface this by saying I've been here before for a few other weird behaviors of my PC. I've been busy with things so my PC has been sitting and collecting dust for a few months, but I recently dusted it off and updated my BIOS because I saw some improvements to the micro-code issues they were having with ASUS and Intel. I have run every test I can find to ensure my hardware is sound, and I'm confident it is.
