Unable to update, due to error, how can I do a fresh install of windows on my system?

Hi all, I have a dell laptop i5 fitted with dual boot ubuntu and win 10. Trying to review windows updates I keep receiveing this message There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80080005)I have tried countless fixes on the internet and on this community forums and none have worked so farInstalling updates manually hasn't worked either, with system rebooting before completing the updates.
