I am unable to install drivers on Windows 11. Every time I try to install them from the Windows Update, it pends and then prompts me to retry. I have tried doing so from the device manager but it says "Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them," and "The system cannot find the file specified." Oddly enough, the drivers are in the update history and it says they have been successfully installed, which is not the case. Windows version 23H2. Please could someone provide help. Thank you.
