Unable to update BCD

I've been trying to create a recovery environment so I can reset my computer for a while now, and whenever I try to, I get the same message about missing required files. I tried fixing the error with the following:reagentc /disable reagentc /setreimage /path \\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition3\Recovery\WindowsRE reagentc /enable And got the message "Unable to update Boot configuration data". I've tried a whole bunch of things, but nothing seems to work. My computer only has one disk with three partitions.I'm not sure where to go from here. If anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate them.
