Unable to uninstall KB5046740

Hi. I'm unable to uninstall KB5046740 which is preventing a remote desktop app from running on my personal laptop (have used app for 2 years but stopped working 11/21/24 which is the day the KB was installed on my PC and other users are seeing same issue, were told to uninstall this KB). I see KB5046740 listed in my update history as successfully installed but no 'uninstall' option there, just 'learn more' website link. In the 'uninstall updates' page of settings the update is not listed there. I also tried uninstall via command prompt and powershell (as admin) but both gave an error message t
