Unable to toggle on Sound when screen sharing in a Teams Meeting

I have a user who's unable to toggle "include sound" when they are trying to share their screen in a Teams meeting. They are using the phone on the computer and the meeting attendees need to be able to hear it. But when they try to toggle on the sound they get a popup with this error message: Couldn't share soundGo to your device's audio settings and select "Speakers / Headphones (Realtek Audio)".I've checked that their headset is set as the default audio input/output source, and turned off exclusive mode for it as both a recording and an output device. I repaired, reset, and then fully reinst
