Unable to Switch Between Tabs and Features Under Specific Circumstances

Hello, everyone in this community. I want to inform you about a problem that strikes all my computers. It is that I cannot switch between tabs in Google Chrome or features located at the top of the window in any other app.For example, when I use Microsoft Word, I cannot switch from Home to Insert. The same thing happens for the rest of the Toolbar. Besides that, the problem happens in Microsoft PowerPoint and many more apps.My problem only happens when I go fullscreen, while no problem happens when I minimize to a certain size.
