Unable to sign in to my laptop, Hello pin isn't working. Can't even get in with my password! Help!

I've been trying to log into my laptop for a few weeks now but I've been unable to do so because my hello pin is not working I have tried the I forgot my pin option and I get all the way in get logged in with my password and then it tells me it can't help me I can try again later so as of now I have no way to get into my laptop please help!
