Unable to Sign In Microsoft Store ("Microsoft account doesn't exist") Despite Being Successfully Signed In Everywhere Else

HelloI'm hoping someone can help with a Microsoft Store issue I'm having. In all other Microsoft apps (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) I'm successfully signed in with my account info and able to use the apps. However, when I noticed that I was signed out of the Microsoft Store, I get the following issue when I try to log in with the same credentials: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account." Using the Sign-in options doesn't utilize options supported by my company, so they aren't helpful. Any info suggestions would be great. thanks!
