Existing Win10 installation. I am trying to login from Welcome screen with newly created Microsoft account. Account and password appear to be accepted. Then I am asked to set up a PIN. That fails with error message "Something went wrong. We weren't able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up a pin later." When I click "Skip this step", it takes me back to the Welcome login screen. Since I am unable to reach the Windows UI, I cannot use any of the repair methods that involve deleting the NGC folder or anything that uses the Windows UI.When I try to use the repair pr
