Unable to see Suggested Actions in Settings > System > Clipboard >

previously I was using Clipboard suggested Action, with the help of that whenever I copied any contact number it shows my default app to call directly without going on the particular app. now I updated my system, and the feature of suggested action has gone. can anyone help me getting this back.
