Unable to Run Windows Services | Windows Search, Message Queueing, and Indexing

I have been having issues with Several Domain computers on our network that are having issues with starting local services like Windows Search, Message Queueing, and Indexing. This is only affecting select computers, and the issue started after the following Windows Update, 2024-12 Cumulative update for Windows 11 Version 23H2(KB5048685). - I have already installed a new image of Windows 11, and this fixed the issue for the less than a week before it started again. - I have ran SFC and DISM health Checks which did not help.- When trying to manually start Windows search service, I receive an
