Unable to response to crtl alt del after waking up from Sleep in Windows 10

Could you tell me the reason why I constantly have problem with my PC being unresponsive to crtl alt del after waking up from sleep. Despite I have already update BIOS firmware and checked system integrity with "SFC /Scannow"., I still have the aforementioned problem. Thanks Appreciated
