Unable to reset and update Windows, Unable to update Windows Security Intelligence, Unable to start Windows Security Center Service, and BSOD at rando

Recently, my computer has been having major issues involving Windows services. I am unable to reset or update windows. I get a notification that the Security Center service is turned off, but I am unable to start it at all. I sometimes get a BSOD seemingly at random with the error CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (I am enrolled in windows insider, specifically the release preview channel.) I am also unable to update Security intelligence for Windows Defender.
