Unable to request Windows 11 Refund

I purchased Windows 11 only 4 days ago. I decided to replace my computer all together and will no longer need the program. Microsoft store does not make it easy to return the product that was never used. The request return links keep taking to the same area and not an easy process. Is there an email I can send with the receipt to request a refund? Very difficult process for an easy return of a product never used. Appreciate help!
