Unable to rename any folder, Window 11 Version 24H2

[Windows 11]

I have checked on the community and have seen this reported a few times but either the file link has expired or the solution provided doesn't work. It doesn't matter if it's an existing folder or a new one, if I try to rename it I get "Can't find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name"I have tried restarting Windows, Explorer and anything else suggested but the problem persists. Anyone have a cure for this ?
