Unable to Remove Old Device from Phone Link After Upgrading to S25 Ultra

I’m having trouble removing a phone from my Devices list in Phone Link. I recently upgraded to the S25 Ultra, but my old S23 Ultra is still showing up, and I can’t find a way to remove it. I was advised to click the three dots next to the device, but I don’t see that option. Additionally, I no longer have access to my S23 Ultra as it was turned in. I also checked my Devices section in my Microsoft account, but I couldn’t find any phones listed there.
