Unable to remove microsoft account from device

Hello Microsoft community, it seems like there is a problem. I need to switch to a local account, but control panel shows that my account is already a local account, yet the account in the settings shows that I am using my microsoft account. And now I want to switch to a local account, but I cannot find the option to do so. Any solutions?Following pictures:
